Appetizers And, Inc. For over 33 years, Appetizers And, Inc. has offered the first hand-crafted, premium quality hors d'oeuvres and cold canapes. The company was founded in 1967 when George King, a chef, and Pat Domanik, a caterer, began selling fresh hors d'oeuvres to local Chicago hotels. As the demand for our product increased, Appetizers And, Inc. began offering a selection of frozen hors d'oeuvres allowing us to increase our scope of distribution and provide timely response to our customers. Today, we have national distribution across the country as well as a direct sales force serving customers and distributors in every major city in the U.S.
