In the early 1900’s, the Costa family immigrated from Corleone, Sicily to America. They soon settled in California and opened a Sicilian Deli in the little Italy section of Los Angeles. Among the many foods that the Costa family offered, their handmade pasta quickly became their best selling items. Soon, local restaurant owners were demanding Costa pasta and in 1923, Costa Macaroni Manufacturing Company was born.

80 years later, the Company is still family owned and run by a third generation family member, Connie Zoccoli Foster. Through the years, Costa has remained committed to the principles that the Company was founded upon making high quality pasta and providing outstanding service.

Costa produces over 70 different varieties of pasta, the widest variety in the Industry, enabling us to meet all of our customers pasta needs. Costa is certified Kosher by KOF-K and we are certified to produce organic pasta by QAI.
